1. Live Workshops

• Refunds are available only if requested 24 hours before the session starts.

• No refunds will be provided for missed workshops or no-shows.

2. One-on-One Coaching

• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.

• Refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Digital Products / Recordings

• All digital purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Refund Request Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days if eligible.
